Summary
The third edition of the AWS AI Health Leaders Forum took place on Tuesday, 23 June 2026 at the Careum Campus in Zürich, Switzerland (09:00–19:00 CEST), under the theme “Transforming Healthcare with Agentic AI.” The invite-only forum brought together healthcare leaders, technology executives, and AI innovators — including Ministry of Health representatives, Academic Medical Centers, National Insurers, and Healthcare Providers — for a full day of keynotes, live solution demonstrations, and networking. I delivered one of the opening keynotes as Head of Healthcare EMEA at AWS and helped shape the program alongside the EMEA healthcare team.

Program Highlights
Opening Keynotes — the intersection of clinical vision and technological possibility, setting the stage for healthcare’s next frontier. Speakers: Allyson Fryhoff (Managing Director, Global HCLS, AWS), Prof. Dr. Inti Zlobec (University of Bern), Michał Smoliński (Co-Founder & CTO, Radpoint), and myself (Head of Healthcare EMEA, AWS).
The day was organized around four themed sessions:
- The Voice of the Patient, The Voice of a Nation — how conversational voice agents are making healthcare truly accessible, from screening to self-care.
- Life OS to Health OS — how personal AI agent orchestration is reshaping healthcare providers, bringing multi-agent orchestration to the clinical workforce.
- Today’s Health Data, Tomorrow’s Care — enabling AI-powered research for precision therapy, from drug discovery and biomarker identification to personalized therapies.
- “Everyone Is a Builder” — how AI agents are rewriting software development, from assisted coding to autonomous agents.
A Lunch & Learn session, “From Model to App in 60 Minutes,” showcased how Kiro helps deploy an AI model on AWS through a real-world customer reference and a live demo. The day closed with a Closing Keynote and Award Ceremony featuring the AWS AI Achievement Awards across three categories: AI-Powered Patient Experience, AI-Driven Care Delivery, and AI-Powered Operations.
